PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what information Pixel Game and its service providers may process when you browse the site or launch a game.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Pixel Game pages and services available through pixelgame.io (the “Site”). It explains how Pixel Game (“we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you browse the Site, contact us, or launch a browser game.

Embedded games and external websites may be operated by other companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy.

2. Information We May Process

Information you provide

If you email us, we may receive your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information.

Technical and usage information

Our hosting, security, analytics, advertising, and game-delivery providers may automatically process information such as:

  • Internet Protocol address and approximate region derived from it.
  • Browser type, device type, operating system, language, and screen size.
  • Referring page, pages viewed, timestamps, interactions, and game-launch events.
  • Diagnostic information such as loading failures, crashes, and performance data.
  • Cookie, local-storage, advertising, or similar device identifiers where enabled.

We do not ask players to create a Pixel Game account at this time.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and secure the Site, load games, remember preferences, understand which pages work well, diagnose errors, prevent fraud or abuse, respond to messages, comply with legal obligations, and improve our catalog and page design.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing may be based on your consent, performance of a requested service, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the Site, or compliance with law. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis.

4. Embedded Games and Other Providers

Launching a game may load content in an iframe from a third-party host, including free.instgame.com, and may activate a game-delivery SDK. The game host or developer may receive technical information directly from your browser and may use cookies or similar storage. Pixel Game does not control all information collected inside a third-party game.

We may also use infrastructure, security, analytics, and advertising providers. These providers may process information for us, under their own terms, or as independent controllers depending on the service.

5. Google Services and Advertising

If Google Analytics, Google AdSense, or another Google service is enabled, your browser may send Google the URL you visit, your IP address, device information, and other identifiers. Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or process IP addresses to provide, measure, personalize, and protect their services.

Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can manage ad personalization through Google Ads Settings.

Advertising services are not necessarily active on every page or in every region. Where consent is required for non-essential storage or personalized advertising, those technologies should be used according to the choices presented to you.

6. When Information May Be Shared

We may share information with service providers that help operate the Site; with game hosts or developers when you launch their content; to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; to protect users, rights, property, and security; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Site.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly; applicable choices are described below and in our Cookie Policy.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Different providers may apply their own retention periods.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure. Do not send information that is not needed for your request.

8. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about disclosure of personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or withdraw consent.

You can limit cookies through browser settings, use device privacy controls, adjust Google advertising settings, and avoid launching an embedded game if you do not want to connect to its provider. To submit a privacy request, email support@pixelgame.io. We may need to verify the request before acting.

9. Children’s Privacy

Pixel Game is a general-audience service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

Parents and guardians should review the suitability and privacy practices of individual third-party games before allowing a child to play.

10. International Use

Pixel Game and its providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, service providers use recognized safeguards for international transfers.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Site, providers, or law. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes may be highlighted on the Site when appropriate.
