TERMS OF USE

These terms describe the rules for using Pixel Game, including third-party games, acceptable conduct, intellectual property, and service limitations.

Last updated: July 31, 2026

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to pixelgame.io and the pages, features, and browser games made available through it (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms where you live, you may use the Site only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

2. The Pixel Game Service

Pixel Game helps visitors discover and launch free browser games. We may provide editorial descriptions, category guides, controls, recommendations, and links to related content. Some games are embedded from or delivered by third-party developers, hosts, or distribution services.

The catalog, features, URLs, and availability may change without notice. We may update, remove, suspend, or replace content to maintain the Site, protect users, respond to rights claims, or comply with law.

3. Limited Permission to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable permission to access and use the Site for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of any Site or game content.

You may not:

  • Interfere with the Site, bypass access or security controls, or introduce malware.
  • Scrape, crawl, copy, frame, or republish substantial parts of the Site without permission, except as allowed by law or standard search-engine operation.
  • Reverse engineer Site code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use bots or automation to manipulate plays, scores, advertising impressions, or engagement.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Pixel Game.
  • Use the Site to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, or distribute harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another system, account, game, or network.

4. Third-Party Games and Services

Third-party games may have their own terms, privacy policies, age ratings, controls, purchases, advertising, or community features. Your use of those features is between you and the relevant provider.

Pixel Game does not control and is not responsible for every aspect of third-party content. A link, embed, category placement, or recommendation does not mean that Pixel Game owns, sponsors, or guarantees that content. Use reasonable care before providing information or making a purchase through any third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Pixel Game name, site design, original written content, organization, and code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party game names, artwork, code, music, trademarks, and other assets belong to their respective owners.

If you believe content available through the Site infringes your rights, email support@pixelgame.io with the page URL, a description of the work or right involved, your contact information, and enough detail for us to evaluate the request.

6. Advertising and External Links

The Site may display advertising or link to external websites. Advertising should be identified where required and does not constitute an endorsement. External services are responsible for their own content, availability, transactions, and data practices.

Do not click advertisements in a misleading, automated, or fraudulent way. No reward or gameplay advantage is offered for interacting with an advertisement unless a game clearly presents a lawful, provider-managed rewarded feature.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent game availability, preservation of scores or progress, compatibility with every device, or that third-party content will meet your expectations.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Game and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, goodwill, or access arising from use of the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, and liability provisions—survive termination.

10. Changes and Contact

We may revise these Terms as the Site changes. Updated Terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@pixelgame.io.
